Nondestructive Testing (NDT) is a technology that evaluates parts and materials for conditions and flaws that could affect their integrity. Effective NDT depends on the knowledge and skills of the technician. Flaws can affect the serviceability of the material or structure, so NDT is important in guaranteeing safe operation as well as in quality control and assessing plant life. The flaws may be cracks or inclusions in welds and castings, or variations in structural properties which can lead to loss of strength or failure in service.

On Site Training

In addition to our regularly scheduled schools, Soaring High can conduct these programs on site, at the client(s) location. In-plant institution can be based on standard NDT courses or they can be tailored to the specific requirements of a company(s) in-house specification and experience levels.

The on-site institution is an excellent training approach, with its concentration on specific company applications. It is also a particularly cost effective way to provide training for groups of employees. Quotations and proposals for on-site training are supplied on request.
